It is common to find work with two to five days from having your first phone interview with us. 

Our hiring process involves an initial phone interview to discuss your experience and qualifications, followed by an in-person interview and assessment to evaluate your skills and fit for potential job openings. Before connecting you with our clients, we also verify references and backgrounds.

Being engaged with our Associates is very important. We are hoping to identify what our candidates are specifically looking for during our phone interview.  Upon agreeing that we have one or several pleasing options, we schedule an in-person interview to further identify if we may have a good fit for our candidates. Once we identify a good employer fit, we build our business case with the employer to interview or hire our candidate.  While on our payroll for commonly 90 days we stay engaged from the night before they start work to the day they convert to our clients’ payroll.
