Leadership team
Dave started, ran, and grew NE Ohio's 3rd largest staffing firm. After 20 years, he sold it to create another industry leader: Pivot Staffing LLC. Dave is bringing his unmatched expertise and passion to revolutionize the industry.
Susan was part of the leadership team with Dave over the last 20 years. She helped found Pivot and has over 25 years of Accounting & Finance experience in NE Ohio.
Melissa was part of the leadership team with Dave over the last 15 years. She helped found Pivot and has 15 years of staffing sales and sales management experience. She is an active participant in the NE Ohio community, with her involvement in the Canton Chamber of Commerce, SHRM, and the American Staffing Association.
Brenda was part of the leadership team with Dave over the last 10 years. She is responsible for the launch and development of the Michigan market.
